Jesse Battle
Born and raised right here in St. Petersburg, Jesse grew up exploring the streets of Crescent Heights and the beaches of St. Pete Beach. Today, he and his wife Kym Coyle call Venetian Isles home, where they spend most weekends soaking up the sun on the beach and hitting their favorite local margarita spots.
As a proud third-generation St. Petersburg native, Jesse has deep roots in the city his family helped build. Their contributions are recognized on Monument Park in downtown St. Pete. He attended local high school and St. Petersburg Junior College before earning his degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Florida State University.
With years of experience in the national building materials industry, hands-on home renovations, and more than a decade serving as Executive Director for a local corporation, Jesse has developed a comprehensive understanding of St. Petersburg from every angle — construction, planning, market trends, and community insight.
